Our Mission at Grand Rapids Auto Auction is to become known as the "Auction with Action". Our goal is getting the best dealers and vehicles involved as well as to provide continuous growth of our services and facility to insure an enjoyable experience at GRAA. Providing our customers with what they need with each visit is the key to their return. There is no customer too big or too small.

You have all known Mark from his strong reputation. He is the individual that has changed the Grand Rapids Auto Auction to what it is today. Since the acquisition in 2001, Mark has continuously made efforts to improve the dealer auction experience. His success has come from listening to his customers and taking their expectation above and beyond. If there is a problem, Mark will make sure it is taken care of. Nate Simonson - Fleet/Lease/National Sales Manager

Nathan Simonson Joins Grand Rapids Auto Auction as Fleet Lease / National Sales Manager.
After 10 years of experience in the industry, Nate Simonson returns to his home state of Michigan. Nate started in the industry at West Michigan Auto Auction ‘later to be ABC’. He trained as a Manager in every facet of the business from, Recon, Transportation, Arbitration, Operations, Sales and Fleet. Going on to help other ABC facilities get started. Nate went onto be General Manager for the Premier Auction group in Ohio for 2 years. Accepting an offer with Tristate of Chicago Nate took position as Fleet Lease / National Sales Manager. His 3yr contribution helped to make Tri-State of Chicago 3rd largest Volume auction in Illinois and #1 for independent auctions. Nate now returns back to his roots in Michigan joining Mark Capel Owner. Nate credits his success to taking ownership in every job he’s done and having the philosophy of (one car at a time).
